Diabetes Mellitus is the name given to some diseases that arise because either there is no insulin in the body, insufficient insulin in the body or because insulin, even when higher than normal, is not able to do its job properly, leading to a rise in blood glucose levels.
Most physical activity guidelines recommend a minimum 150 minutes of moderate activity per week, and most people, who choose to follow the guidelines, choose to walk or jog to get their minutes in. This is my attempt to make a case for an increased focus on variety and challenge in a workout plan.
